Brilliantly atmospheric short film/longform advert from Epoch films, directed by Martin De Thurah, for BLK DNM clothing brand. Very cool, very stylish, referencing and evoking lots of very cool, very stylish films, most obviously, The Conversation, The Lives Of Others, Three Days Of The Condor and Rear Window. A full 15 minute version of the film can be found here.
Short film about the new Saul Bass book from Laurence King Press. You don’t get to see much of the book, but what you do see looks amazing, as do the spreads from it at the bottom of the info page.

— Miles Davis
Trailer for Gary Hustwit’s new film, Urbanized. Gary’s previous films, Objectified and the legendary Helvetica, are well worth seeing, so I have high hopes for this one. Not only does Gary make films about very cool things - cities, design, typefaces (what? typefaces are cool!) - the films themselves are also very cool, very stylish.

Everyone talks about rock these days; the problem is they forget about the roll.”
— Keith Richards
Do you realize the responsibility I carry? I’m the only person standing between Richard Nixon and the White House.”
— John F Kennedy
